In 2022, I burnt out. Hard. I was anxious, depressed, and overweight.
I reset my life and discovered the beauty of Muay Thai.
The more I trained, the more I fell in love.
The rhythm, the balance, the energy.
Without realising, I was building functional strength, confidence, and mental clarity. I even had a six pack for the first time in my life.
My journey now is to help you achieve the same.
When I'm not training, I'm a software engineer and startup founder.
